Location: Bangkok, Thailand (Open for relocation)

Summary:

Frontend Role

• Spearhead architecture and system design of next-gen frontend systems.
• Drive performance, accessibility, and usability at scale.
• Mentor engineers and set technical standards.
• Influence product and business stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 8+ years building rich web applications at scale.
• Deep mastery of JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue).
• Strong background in system design and team leadership.
• Bonus: A/B experimentation, international exposure, or travel/e-commerce experience.

Backend Role

• Architect and develop highly scalable, mission-critical backend systems.
• Lead cross-team initiatives improving service quality and reliability.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership impacting 40+ engineers.
• Drive excellence in CI/CD, observability, and debugging.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with architectural leadership.
• Strong backend skills in Scala, Kotlin, Java, or Go.
• Proven success leading large-scale technical initiatives.
• Expertise in system reliability, testing, and operational excellence.
