Description
We are seeking a Staff Platform Engineer specializing in Workflow Orchestration using Temporal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and experience in building scalable, reliable orchestration systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain workflow orchestration solutions using Temporal.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and optimize workflows.
- Monitor and troubleshoot workflow execution and performance.
- Ensure scalability and reliability of orchestration processes.
- Develop documentation for workflows and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing.
Skills and Qualifications
- 4-8 years of experience in software engineering or platform engineering roles.
- Strong experience with Temporal and workflow orchestration principles.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Java, or Python.
- Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
