About our group:

AMA (Advance Mechanical Asia) and FDB (Far-East Development Build), both parts of the RHT (Recording Head Technology) group, are responsible for the development builds of Writer, Reader, Laser, and Mechanical components. We work closely with all head designers to conduct drive-based experiments in Thailand, with the goal of selecting the optimal head design from launch into mass production.

About the role - you will:

. Lead the planning and execution of experimental BIN builds (AMA, FDB)
. Collaborate with requesters, engineering teams, and factory teams to define build scope and requirements
. Develop build/test plans and data collection strategies
. Coordinate material readiness and build scheduling with AMA/FDB build teams
. Facilitate data reviews and drive decisions based on experimental outcomes
. Communicate changes, risks, and results to stakeholders
. Manage documentation, including planning sheets, evaluation summaries, and change logs
. Ensure compliance with workload guidelines and capacity constraints

About you:

. Good command of Thai and English
. Experienced in manufacturing, product development, and process engineering, with a strong track record of driving improvements and delivering results in dynamic environments
. Strong project management and organizational skills
. Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation (mechanical/electrical test data)
. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Your experience includes:

. Bachelor's degree in engineering and/or relevant experience
. Familiarity with wafer, slider, HGA/HSA, and drive technologies
. Experience with experimental planning tools (e.g., Gantt charts, planning sheets)
