Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Manage company-wide salary reviews, bonus programs, and benefit packages
- Analyze market data to ensure competitive compensation and benefits offerings
- Develop and update HR policies related to pay and benefits
- Provide expert advice on compensation matters to managers and HR team members
- Oversee the administration of employee benefit claims and inquiries
- Create and deliver presentations on compensation and benefits to various audiences
- Collaborate with other departments to implement HR initiatives and projects
- Monitor costs and suggest improvements to increase efficiency in HR programs
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits
- Participate in industry groups to stay current on HR trends and best practices
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- At least 3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on compensation and benefits
- Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with HR management systems is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong communication skills also in English, both in written as well as in verbal
