To complete the assigned task for the daily maintenance and sanitation of all kitchens, service, back of the house area's, China, Glass & Silver in a safe and professional manner.

- Follow the posted schedule and report at work station on time. ทำงานตามตารางที่กำหนดและเข้างานตรงเวลา
- Follow set up and break down procedure that was set by the management. ปฏิบัติตามระเบียบข้อบังคับในการจัดอุปกรณ์ และระมัดระวังในการแตกหักเสียหายของอุปกรณ์
- Maintains good quality of clean china and silverware by follow the correct washing and handling procedure. รักษาคุณภาพของอุปกรณ์ทั้งเซรามิคและเครื่องเงินให้อยู่ในสภาพดีตลอดเวลา
- Maintains a safe work environment by the constant attention to floor cleanliness. รักษาความสะอาดของพื้นอยู่เสมอเพื่อให้การปฏิงานเป็นไปด้วยความปลอดภัย
- Follow safety and energy conservation procedure. ระมัดระวังในเรื่องการการใช้ไฟฟ้าให้คำนึงถึงความปลอดภัยเป็นหลัก
- Report any hazard condition to supervisor or manager.ถ้าพบเหตุการณ์ ที่ไม่ปลอดภัยต่อการทำงานให้แจ้งหัวหน้างานหรือผู้จัดการทันที
- Follow chemical usage & safety procedures including the wearing of protective gear. ใช้น้ำยาเคมีด้วยความระมัดระวังและถูกต้องตามประเภทและสวมใส่อุปกีณ์ป้องกันทุกครั้ง
- Maintain clean and sanitized food preparation areas & equipment, to include the correct temperature of dish washing machine. รักษาความสะอาดของบริเวณพื้นที่เตรียมอาหารและรวมถึงอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ และควบคุมอุณภูมิของเครื่องล้างจานให้ได้ตามมาตรฐานกำหนด
- Responsible for proper cleaning & storage of all China, Glass, Silver & service equipment.จัดเก็บอุปกรณ์ ถ้วยชามและเครื่องเงิน เครื่องแก้วอย่างถูกต้องและปลอดภัย 10. Responsible for the cleanliness of floor wall, ceiling and exhaust hoods, to include the removal of trash to garbage room. รักษาความสะอาดของพื้น ผนังและปล่องระบายอากาศ
- Responsible for the refill of hand soap and paper towel in Food and Beverage areas. คอยเติมสบู่ล้างมือและกระดาษเช็ดมือ
- Responsible for the removal of all broken glass & china, to be disposed in safe manner. เคลื่อนย้ายวัสดุที่แตกหักด้วยความระมัดระวังและปลอดภัย
- Maintains a safe work environment by the constant attention to floor cleanliness & the safe operation of cleaning equipment and tools. รักษาบรรยากาศการทำงานที่ปลอดภัยโดยการรักษาความสะอาดของพื้นที่ทำงานและอุปกรณ์เครื่องมือเครื่องใช้ตลอดเวลา
- Follow all job safety regulations and reports all hazards are reported to Steward Supervisors. ปฏิบัติตามกฏระเบียบความปลอดภัยและรายงานต่อหัวหน้าทันทีเมื่อพบว่าเกิดความไม่ปลอดภัย
- Perform any reasonable request made of management which is not life threatening or against the law. ไม่ปฏิบัติตนฝ่าฝืนกฏระเบียบที่กำหนดและไม่ปฏิบัติในสิ่งที่ขัดต่อกฎหมาย
