Stock & System Control Officer

Responsibilities

1. Take responsibility for your own duties as assigned each day.
2. Complete tasks assigned by supervisor. Which must have results of the assigned work to be achieved
Standards specified in the regulations strictly
3. Verify the accuracy of all information contained in the inventory management system to match the actual products available
4. Able to identify problems with internal work procedures related to the inventory management system to match the actual products. Including
presenting solutions that will make the work process more efficient
5. Able to provide accurate information about the warehouse management system to those involved
6. Check information on expensive products including disbursements. Branch and daily data verification
7. Check information received from the branch in order to withdraw money to the branch as needed each day.
