Job Description

Position Summary

This role is responsible for leading new store development projects and managing ongoing maintenance for existing stores. Ensures that all retail spaces reflect the brand identity, comply with mall requirements, and are delivered with high-quality standards, on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Store Project Development (50%)

  • Lead full-cycle store development projects: new openings, renovations, relocations, and shop-in-shops. (Add special projects)
  • Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments including layout, structural conditions, and MEP requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with mall management to secure approvals, technical clearances, and construction permits.
  • Coordinate with designers, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure brand concept execution and design integrity.
  • Prepare BOQ reviews, CAPEX estimates, procurement plans, and project schedules.
  • Monitor construction progress on-site to ensure quality, timeline, and safety compliance.
  • Work on the budget & target optimization and project development timeline

· Maintain and update Development & Maintenance reports on a regular basis.

Store Maintenance (50%)

  • Develop preventive maintenance programs and ensure timely corrective repairs for all store locations & all company facilities
  • Troubleshoot and manage urgent store facility issues (fixtures, lighting, AC, plumbing, electrical, signage).
  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain store safety, functionality, and brand standards.
  • Select, evaluate, and manage external maintenance vendors and service contractors to ensure performance and cost efficiency.
  • Maintain maintenance logs, cost reports, and OPEX/CAPEX records for management visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in - Architecture, Interior Design, Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • 5–8 years experience in store development and/or facilities maintenance in Fashion / Lifestyle / Luxury Retail / Mall environment.
  • Strong understanding of mall construction standards, permit processes, and technical requirements.
  • Ability to read architectural & MEP drawings and supervise on-site construction activities.
  • Strong vendor and contractor negotiation skills.
  • Good communication in Thai & English (written and spoken).
  • Able to travel to store locations and project sites.
