Job Summary
Responsible for supporting the expansion of imported brand stores in Thailand. This role manages the end-to-end store development process, including coordination with designers, developers, contractors, and maintenance teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to brand standards.
Responsibilities:
- Support the expansion of imported brand stores across Thailand by managing store development projects from planning to completion.
- Coordinate with designers, architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure store design and construction meet brand guidelines and operational requirements.
- Manage the tender and bidding process, including sourcing contractors, reviewing quotations, and negotiating project costs.
- Develop and monitor project timelines to ensure store openings are completed according to schedule.
- Control project budgets and ensure cost efficiency throughout the store development process.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, ensuring quality standards and compliance with project specifications.
- Work closely with maintenance and operations teams to ensure smooth handover and proper store facilities management after project completion.
- Coordinate with landlords, shopping malls, and external parties regarding construction approvals, renovation requirements, and project timelines.
- Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management and key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of experience in store development, construction project management, or retail expansion.
- Experience working with retail store construction or fashion retail brands is an advantage.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Able to travel for site visits when required.
