Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Design of Display Plans: Create tailored visual merchandising plans for monthly cycles, new product launches and major promotions. Oversee implementation to ensure consistent brand image execution.
  • Execution of Display Plans: Develop and execute display strategies to enhance product presentation, boost foot traffic and improve conversion rates, ultimately driving sales performance.
  • Management of Visual Merchandising Props & Electronic Price Tags: Manage PSI (Prop Standardization Index) for display props and oversee the content layout of electronic price tags.
  • Visual Merchandising Campaign Planning: Collaborate with headquarters and regional/national marketing teams to conceptualize and execute themed visual merchandising for promotional campaigns.
  • Post-Implementation Analysis: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of display strategies, analyze challenges and propose actionable improvements and solutions.
  • Training & Standard Enforcement: Train and guide district/store staff to ensure adherence to visual merchandising standards, empowering them to optimize execution.
  • Store Inspection Checks: Conduct monthly store inspections and random spot checks to ensure compliance with display guidelines and address deviations promptly.
  • New Store display execution and implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Over 3 years of experience in visual merchandising for retail stores.
  • Experience in 3C (computers, communications, consumer electronics) or FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) is preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Thai languages.
  • Able to travel up country
