Store Maintenance

Job Description:

Inspect and maintain various systems within the store, such as electrical, lighting, air conditioning, plumbing, and sanitary systems, to ensure they are always in proper working condition.

Ensure the timely repair of damaged equipment, tools, furniture, or other store assets to uphold a safe and efficient environment. Where significant damage occurs, the appropriate supplier must be contacted for necessary repairs

Plan and carry out preventive maintenance to reduce the risk of damage or breakdowns.

Inspect safety features within the store, such as wiring, walkways, and fire extinguishing equipment, in accordance with the mall's safety regulations.

Coordinate with the mall's engineering department or external contractors for repairs or maintenance beyond in-house capabilities.

Maintain organized records of all maintenance and repair activities.

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

Vocational Certificate (High Vocational Diploma) or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, Maintenance Engineering, or a related field.

At least 2 years of experience in maintenance work or facility systems within retail stores or buildings.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and a strong team player.

Willing to work on holidays and travel to various company branches as required.

Good Command in English is a must.
