Store Manager (Fashion)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure product displays are neat, attractive, and aligned with brand image
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual appeal at all times
• Coordinate with mall management and relay company policies to team members
• Manage inventory and monitor stock levels effectively
• Train, supervise, and support team to meet performance standards
• Drive sales to meet targets and report sales, stock, and store performance regularly
• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships
• Monitor team performance and prepare expense and operational reports
• Handle other assigned duties as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in a managerial or assistant managerial role with strong performance record
• Presentable appearance with good personality
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in POS or inventory systems and Microsoft Office
• Good command of English is a plus
• Able to work flexible hours or in shifts
