Job Description
- Deliver an outstanding luxury client experience by building strong, long-term customer relationships and driving client engagement initiatives.
- Act as a sales leader on the floor, ensuring consistent execution of the selling ceremony, storytelling, and cross-selling excellence.
- Drive sales performance and profitability in line with budget objectives, using data, market insights, and competitor benchmarking.
- Develop local business opportunities through networking, client activation, and close collaboration with Marketing, CRM, and Merchandising teams.
- Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and talent development.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture aligned with company values and ethical standards.
- Ensure strong brand representation through impeccable store image, visual merchandising execution, and product knowledge excellence.
- Oversee stock management, MTM services, and in-store standards to deliver a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
- Guarantee operational excellence by managing budgets, compliance, inventory control, and all store operations efficiently.
The Successful Applicant
- A consistently customer-centric focus, with a demonstrated ability to continually exceed superior standards of customer service
- Previous experience managing a team in a retail sales environment
- High standards of personal grooming
- Good communication skills - proficient in both English ans Thai, with the ability to develop rapport and form relationships at all levels
- Organised, with an attention to detail and a passion for sales
- Prior retail/sales and team management experience (menswear/suiting preferably) necessary
