This full-time, on-site position is based in Bangkok City, Thailand. As a Store Manager in Luxury Retail, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the store runs efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service. Key responsibilities include managing the team, meeting sales targets, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for every customer. You will also be tasked with monitoring inventory, implementing loss prevention measures, and ensuring the store aligns with company policies and the brand's identity.

• Strong proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to build lasting relationships and deliver a premium shopping experience.
• Excellent Communication skills for engaging with both customers and team members effectively.
• Proven experience in Store Management with the ability to oversee operations, team performance, and sales growth.
• Familiarity with Retail Loss Prevention practices to ensure inventory integrity and store security.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on achieving goals and upholding brand standards.
• Proficiency in retail software and inventory management systems is a plus.
• Professional experience in luxury retail is highly advantageous.
