Store inventory: Track store property (including LDUs, inventory, counters, etc.), and timely manage the loss .
Activity Operations:
Develop and execute promotion plans for new store openings, product launches, holidays, etc.
Generate new store granding opening reports
Manage all store social media accounts within the country/region; localize and distribute campaign materials from HQ
Coordinate activity materials, collect requests, and manage production/distribution.
Organize staff training on activity details and execution processes.
Collect, analyze, and report activity data; monitor and evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness; adjust strategies based on results.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of store operations experience, familiar with store operation models and processes.
Experience in marketing campaign planning and organization, with market operations and resource management capabilities.
Partner/customer management experience.
High sense of responsibility and initiative, strong interpersonal communication skills.Strong team management and negotiation skills, with strong internal control awareness and logical thinking.
Bachelor's degree or higher fluent English proficiency in speaking, listening, reading, and writing
Candidates with well-known brand store management experience are preferred.
