Key Responsibilities
- Develop communication plans for promotion-led campaigns based on briefs from the Trade Marketing team.
- Translate promotional mechanics into clear, customer-friendly communication across offline and online touchpoints.
- Plan, develop, and manage POSM materials, including selecting appropriate media formats and ensuring effective in-store visibility.
- Brief and coordinate with design teams, with the ability to provide clear feedback on design quality, suitability, and visual effectiveness.
- Manage printing processes, including material selection, production timelines, and quality control.
- Coordinate closely with Operations teams at store level to ensure smooth implementation of promotions and POSM deployment.
- Develop integrated communication plans covering both offline and online media to support promotion campaigns.
- Plan and manage promotional events at store level (e.g. large promotional zones) and large-scale events at mall event halls.
- Able to develop event concepts, brief and manage organizers, and oversee event setup, materials, structures, and on-site operations.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign and event performance, analyzing key factors that impact results and effectiveness.
- Provide post-campaign evaluations with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced retail environment, with strong prioritization and composure under pressure.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Approximately 58 years of experience in promotion communication, trade marketing support, POSM, or retail marketing.
- Experience working in retail, FMCG, or multi-branch environments is highly preferred.
- Experience coordinating with operations teams, designers, printers, and event organizers is a strong advantage.
