Job Description
- Relationship management - Act as the main point of contact for key clients, build strong, long-term relationships, and ensure client satisfaction
- Strategic planning - Develop and implement tailored account strategies that align with both strategic sellers goals and Shopee focus to drive growth
- Performance analysis - Analyze data to identify trends, measure performance, and present business reviews to showcase achievements and future opportunities with sellers
- Problem-solving - Address and resolve sellers issues, complaints and challenges to ensure smooth relationship
- Key account management for social sellers on Shopee's platform
- Ensure the growth of sellers under management both in term of transaction volume and social program participations
- Ability to foster relationship and pitch key social programs to sellers over the phone and in-person
- Ability to manage large volume of phone calls for key account management follow-ups and sales pitch
- Educate sellers on the details and benefits of the core Shopee's platform program and Shopee's social commerce program
- Educate sellers on the key tools and strategies of social media including posting, boosting and monitoring traffic on social media
- Build long-term relationship and foster trust with sellers under management
- Negotiate deals with sellers within the parameters of the program that Shopee have determined
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master Degree.
- 2-3 years of experiences in Key Account Management, Business Development and Sales
- Strong interests in e-commerce and social media
- Prior experiences in social media related role would be a plus
- Ability to adapt and thrive in fast-pace dynamic environment
- Logical thinking and strong problem solving skills
- Good command of English and Thai
- Experience in Key Account Management, Merchandiser, Offline Business, Business Development would be a plus

- Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and stakeholders and presenting both over the phone and in person
