Chronos Consulting's client is the Food and Beverage service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term, trust-based partnerships with restaurant owners and delivery platforms.
- Develop and execute data-driven strategies to optimize pricing, sales performance, and profitability.
- Benchmark competitors and lead growth initiatives to outperform peers within 90 days.
- Oversee capacity management, workforce planning, and operational efficiency across partner restaurants.
- Manage full P&L ownership, including financial planning, reporting, and KPI tracking.
- Lead brand launches and market expansion to ensure strong unit economics.
- Learn and apply advanced pricing, financial reporting, and strategic planning alongside the founding team.
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team focused on growth, ownership, and community impact.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
- Proven track record in driving commercial growth across strategy, operations, business development, or consulting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Solid understanding of P&L management, financial reporting, and performance metrics.
- Confidently engaging with senior leaders and managing key external partnerships.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial, and adaptable in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Fluency in English and Thai (both required).
