In this role, you will manage a high-value portfolio of restaurant brands, overseeing strategic investments, executing data-driven growth initiatives, and working closely with restaurant owners, delivery platforms, and cross functional teams to scale GMV and improve profitability.

What Will You Do
Portfolio Management & Ownership
- Own the growth of a high-value portfolio of restaurant brands, collectively driving $510M USD in annual delivery revenue.
- Allocate and optimize annual growth investments across promotions, advertising, and platform campaigns to maximize profitable growth.
- Own the full P&L performance of your portfolio, including financial planning, reporting, and KPI tracking.
Strategy & Planning
- Design and execute data-driven growth strategies to directly improve restaurant sales and profitability.
- Analyze competitors and market trends to identify growth opportunities and strategic advantages.
- Run structured experiments across pricing, promotions, and marketing investments to identify scalable growth strategies.
Stakeholder Management
- Build long-term partnerships with restaurant owners and delivery platforms (Grab, LINE MAN Wongnai, and ShopeeFood) to drive joint growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with a high-performing internal team across data, marketing, and product to execute growth initiatives.
What Will You Bring
We're looking for exceptional problem solvers to join us. You would typically have:
- Strong academics from a top-tier institution.
- A minimum of 35 years of professional experience, with preferred (not limited to) experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team of junior analysts.
- Experience solving complex business problems and devising business strategies through research and analytical approaches involving quantitative analysis, conceptualization, and communication of strategic solutions.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with strong written and spoken English.
- Excellent numerical skills, analytical and structured thinking, with the potential to conduct advanced quantitative analysis.
- Solid business acumen, commercial capabilities, and business judgement.
- Team player, open and positive in a group dynamic.
