Overview

Our Partner is seeking an experienced Strategic HR & Talent Acquisition Manager to act as a strategic partner to leadership

This role suits someone who enjoys both strategic HR planning and hands-on recruitment, with the ability to lead and develop a HR team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and design effective hiring plans.
  • Drive employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to strengthen market presence.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
  • Oversee the recruitment team, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

HR Business Partnering

  • Act as a strategic advisor to management, aligning people strategies with business goals.
  • Oversee performance management, coaching, and team development programs.
  • Lead initiatives that enhance company culture, engagement, and retention.
  • Manage HR operations onboarding, probation, compensation, and employee relations.
  • Utilize HR analytics to provide insights and support business decisions.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop HR team members to drive operational excellence and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of management level with HR team at least 5-10 staff
  • Proven experience from medium or large organization.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in dynamic industries are preference
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach and a passion for people, growth, and culture.
