Our Partner is seeking an experienced Strategic HR & Talent Acquisition Manager to act as a strategic partner to leadership
This role suits someone who enjoys both strategic HR planning and hands-on recruitment, with the ability to lead and develop a HR team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and design effective hiring plans.
- Drive employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to strengthen market presence.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
- Oversee the recruitment team, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
HR Business Partnering
- Act as a strategic advisor to management, aligning people strategies with business goals.
- Oversee performance management, coaching, and team development programs.
- Lead initiatives that enhance company culture, engagement, and retention.
- Manage HR operations onboarding, probation, compensation, and employee relations.
- Utilize HR analytics to provide insights and support business decisions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop HR team members to drive operational excellence and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5-10 years of management level with HR team at least 5-10 staff
- Proven experience from medium or large organization.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in dynamic industries are preference
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach and a passion for people, growth, and culture.
