Job Description

Position Summary

Strategic Initiative Management team plays a key role in driving high-impact strategic initiatives from concept to execution. This role supports the identification, planning, coordination, and implementation of cross-functional initiatives that align with the organization's strategic priorities. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, the analyst helps transform ideas into actionable projects, ensuring initiatives are effectively managed, monitored, and delivered.

The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where ambiguity and problem-solving are part of the day-to-day work.

Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives, from ideation and planning through implementation and post-launch evaluation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects by developing project plans, tracking milestones, managing timelines, and monitoring deliverables.
  • Conduct research, market analysis, and business assessments to support strategic decision-making and initiative development.
  • Prepare business cases, project documentation, executive presentations, and progress reports for leadership.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with external partners, vendors, and strategic collaborators to support initiative delivery.
  • Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and work with stakeholders to develop mitigation plans.
  • Monitor project performance, track key metrics, and recommend process improvements to enhance execution efficiency.
  • Support governance activities, including meeting coordination, action tracking, and follow-up on key decisions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline project management processes and strategic execution.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project management, strategy, business development, consulting, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and organizational levels.
  • Experience coordinating with external partners or vendors is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and deliver results with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting strategic, transformation, or business improvement initiatives.
  • Experience working on cross-functional projects involving multiple business units.
