You will own the Rental Studio project end-to-end, with a primary focus on growing current revenue streams and initiating new business ideas for the studios.
This role is hands-on and execution-drivenperfect for someone who enjoys marketing, creative thinking, and real business building in the entertainment and real-estate industry.
You will work closely with the C EYE team and leadership team, gaining exposure to studio operations, sales, marketing, and new venture development. When bandwidth allows, you may also support other strategic initiatives across C EYE.
Key Responsibilities
Studio's Growth & Revenue
- Take ownership of the Rental Studio project, focusing on boosting studio occupancy and revenue.
- Support and execute marketing initiatives (online campaigns, content ideas, partnerships, events, outreach).
- Help identify new use cases, packages, or services that can generate additional revenue for the property.
- Assist in executing sales-related tasks such as lead follow-ups, proposal preparation, and coordination with clients.
New Initiatives & Exploration
- Research and explore new business ideas or extensions related to the property (e.g. new studio uses, long-term clients, collaborations).
- Assist in validating ideas through market research, basic business analysis, and small pilot tests.
- Develop property's go-to-market initiative and execution.
