Job Description

• Lead end-to-end deal execution across the group (M&A, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, fundraising, project investments).
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models (valuation, DCF, LBO, project finance, scenario & sensitivity analysis).
• Conduct investment analysis, commercial due diligence, and risk assessment.
• Prepare investment memoranda, board papers, and executive-level presentations.
• Support capital raising initiatives.
• Negotiate commercial terms with counterparties and manage key stakeholder relationships.
• Collaborate closely with all internal stakeholders and business units to ensure alignment with group strategy.
• Handle ad hoc financial analyses, strategic reviews, and special assignments as requested by the top management.
• Monitor portfolio performance and recommend strategic actions post-investment.

Job Specification

• Minimum 57 years of experience in finance, investment, corporate finance, or related fields.
• Strong ability to build and manage financial models independently (3-statement model, DCF, IRR, project finance, scenario & sensitivity analysis).
• Passed at least Level I of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program.
• Solid understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, capital structure, and risk assessment.
• Experience in fundraising, banking negotiations, or investor relations is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to present complex financial concepts clearly to senior management and stakeholders.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint (experience with financial databases or BI tools is a plus).
