Job Description
- Define strategic direction by shaping competitive positioning, value propositions, and optimal resource allocation.
- Partner closely with Sales and Product teams to guide product strategies, tactical plans, and crossfunctional execution.
- Drive commercial excellence through routetomarket design, pricing strategy, and sales enablement initiatives.
- Develop annual marketing plans, manage budgets, and monitor performance through KPIs and analytics.
- Lead market research to uncover customer and competitor insights, identifying new growth opportunities.
- Establish strong product and commercial positioning-including pricing and branding-to ensure market fit.
- Lead and develop teams across marketing, product management, species expertise, and services, fostering alignment and innovation.
