Job Description

Position: Strategic Marketing Manager (Education Industry)

Our client seeking an experienced Strategic Marketing Manager with strong expertise in the education sector to drive brand growth. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who excels in both data-driven marketing and team leadership, and who is passionate about transforming the future of education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop short- and long-term marketing strategies aligned with the organization's vision and business goals.
  • Analyze education market trends, competitors, and target student behavior to identify opportunities and strategic direction.
  • Strengthen brand positioning at both national and international levels.
  • Manage the marketing P&L to ensure budget efficiency and maximize return on investment.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (online, offline, events,open houses) with a focus on integrated strategies, lead generation, and brand engagement.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership to develop and elevate the marketing team's capabilities.
  • Support internal training initiatives and encourage continuous team development.
  • Implement data-driven marketing using tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing dashboards.
  • Report marketing performance and progress to management team and provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 510 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Direct experience in the education industry, including university, international school, or EdTech, is a strong advantage.
  • Proven track record in strategic planning, brand building, and student acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, CRM, and marketing analytics.
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience in building, coaching, and motivating marketing teams.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate insights into marketing strategies.
  • Creative mindset with strong business acumen and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Thai and English communication (spoken and written).
