Job Description

We're hiring: JuniorStrategic Merchandising

Location: Bangkok (Rama 3), Thailand (on-site)

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the central liaison between brand partners, regional buying offices, and internal

merchandising/operations teams.

Consolidate and validate merchandise plans, buying forecasts, and allocation requirements from multiple

brands.

Support implementation of standardized SOPs and merchandising workflows across all categories.

Monitor and analyze product flow to ensure alignment with brand performance and commercial goals.

Collaborate with regional buyers to confirm seasonal assortment and order planning in line with strategic

direction.

Work with brand teams to define stock allocation plans across channels (retail, e-commerce, distributor).

Oversee allocation execution through assigned operational merchandisers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Review inventory and sell-through reports to identify gaps, replenishment needs, or overstock situations.

Partner with Commercial, Supply Chain, and Brand Marketing to ensure product launches and campaigns align

with stock availability.

Coordinate with Warehouse and Operations to maintain stock readiness and distribution efficiency.

Support data integration between merchandising, sales, and marketing systems for visibility and decision making.

Track key merchandising KPIs (buying accuracy, allocation lead time, sell-through rate, stock days).

Provide insights and recommendations to improve product performance and turnover efficiency.

Contribute to business review reports and presentations for management and brand partners.

Ensure data consistency and accuracy within the central merchandising system.

Support training and knowledge transfer within the merchandising team to strengthen capability and alignment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Marketing, Fashion Management, or related field.

210 years of merchandising experience in retail, fashion, FMCG, or cosmetics industries.

Strong understanding of buying, allocation, and inventory management processes across categories.

Experience in coordinating with regional or international brand offices preferred.

Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or related data tools.

Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple brands and timelines simultaneously.

Fluent in Thai and English (both written and spoken)
