Position: Strategic Partnerships Manager (Education Industry)
Our client seeking a highly motivated and strategic-minded professional to drive partnership development and market expansion within the education sector in Thailand. This role focuses on building long-term collaborations with key institutions and stakeholders to support sustainable business growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and manage new strategic partnership opportunities with schools, universities, tutorial institutions, and government organisations across Thailand
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and senior stakeholders in the education ecosystem
- Initiate outreach and engagement via phone calls, emails, virtual meetings, and face-to-face discussions
- Lead negotiations and structure partnership agreements, collaboration models, and joint initiatives
- Develop tailored proposals, presentations, and partnership frameworks for different stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, and Operations) to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives
- Represent the organisation at education fairs, conferences, seminars, and networking events to strengthen brand presence
- Conduct market research and identify new opportunities for growth within the education sector
- Monitor partnership performance and support pipeline development to achieve business objectives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related fields
- 4–8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic sales roles
- Strong experience engaging with institutional clients, education organisations, or government bodies is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to identify growth opportunities
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience in education, EdTech, or B2B partnership roles is a strong advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Good command of Thai and English
