What we're expecting on our Strategic Sale Strategy Manager:
- Product Innovation & Expansion: Develop and enhance new advertising products, event formats, and New Business initiatives to stay ahead of market trends and meet corporate targets.
- Sales Strategy Leadership: Collaborate with the sales team and relevant departments to define, drive, and adjust sales strategies to ensure business goals are met.
- Pricing & Packaging: Define pricing structures, design compelling sales packages, and create high-quality Pitch Decks to support the sales force and penetrate new markets.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze business data, campaign results, and feedback to evaluate performance and continuously refine sales tactics.
- Sales Enablement: Support the sales team in acquiring new clients, identifying untapped business opportunities, and developing tailored sales strategies for high-potential leads.
- Partnership Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners to seek collaboration opportunities and drive mutual growth.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Act as the bridge between Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams to ensure operational alignment and consistent market positioning.
What you should have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 57 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Marketing Strategy.
- Deep understanding of the sales process and a proven ability to develop strategies that drive business growth.
- Ability to innovate and increase the value of the company's platforms for both clients and partners.
- Strong ability to analyse market and sales data to extract actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and demonstrate excellent time-management skills.
