Position: Strategic Planning & CEO Office Manager
Industry: Food & Beverage Manufacturing (Syrup & Beverage)
This position plays a key role in driving corporate strategy into execution. Working closely with the CEO, the Strategic Planning & CEO Office Manager supports strategic direction setting, monitors company-wide initiatives, and coordinates cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
The role focuses on corporate strategy, market growth, quality management systems, and SAP implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the CEO in setting corporate strategic direction, including sales targets and HR objectives for both domestic and international markets
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and company performance to support management decision-making
- Prepare strategic reports and presentations for senior management
- Monitor and track key strategic initiatives and major company projects to ensure timely execution
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, HR, Production, QA, and Finance to drive results
- Report project progress, risks, and key issues to management on a regular basis
- Analyze market growth performance in domestic and export markets and recommend business expansion strategies
- Support evaluation of new business opportunities and new product launches, including preparation of business cases
- Act as Quality Management Representative (QMR), overseeing quality management systems such as ISO, GMP, and HACCP
- Manage and improve SOPs and internal control systems, including tracking Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
- Coordinate and prepare for internal audits, external audits, and management review meetings
- Serve as the business-side lead for SAP or ERP implementation projects
- Work with consultants to define business requirements and monitor project timelines, milestones, risks, and user readiness
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- 510 years of experience in Strategic Planning, Business Development, Corporate Planning, or CEO Office roles
- Experience in the Food & Beverage industry (FMCG / Manufacturing) is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of ISO, GMP, HACCP systems, with experience serving as QMR
- Experience in SAP or ERP implementation projects
- Strong analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills
- Good command of English to support international business operations
