We are seeking high-caliber, self-motivated individuals to join our team. Candidates should be capable and open to embracing a diverse range of tasks, including:
- Business Opportunity Identification: Identify business opportunities that drive revenue growth and profitability. Conduct business analysis, including data and statistical analysis, and feasibility studies of business initiatives. Present well-founded ideas and business plans to senior management/committees for approval, and collaborate with business units to ensure effective implementation.
- Business Analysis: Analyze the competitive landscape, business climate, and technological trends, as well as the company's market position. Provide insights and recommendations to inform business strategies.
- Corporate Performance Management: Develop and monitor corporate performance metrics, including key corporate projects and KPIs. Communicate these metrics to business units to ensure alignment with overall corporate objectives.
- Annual Planning Process: Lead the annual planning process, which includes setting key corporate KPIs (both financial and non-financial), and guiding senior executives in formulating action plans that align with the company's strategic direction.
- Ad-Hoc Assignment: Complete ad-hoc analysis/assignment for corporate-wide and functional improvements, identifying opportunities for enhancement.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- In-depth understanding of business, management, and business forecasting
- Ability to navigate and manage complexity, ambiguity, and uncertainties, while engaging and aligning diverse interests.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and demonstrable strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Thai and English.
- Capable to manage assigned work with minimal supervision
- Leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and guide teams to success.
Education and Experience:
- Master degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or industry-related field required;
- At least 5 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Business Planning, Marketing Strategy, Business Consulting, or a similar field. Experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
