Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly capable Strategic Procurement Manager to lead indirect procurement strategy, cost optimization initiatives, and supplier management. This role is responsible for driving sourcing strategies, supporting branch expansion projects, ensuring compliance, and improving procurement processes to maximize business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for indirect materials, corporate services, and branch expansion equipment.
  • Drive cost-saving initiatives and deliver measurable value to the organization.
  • Support user requirements across headquarters and business units.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and strategic suppliers.
  • Mitigate supply chain risks and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead procurement planning, sourcing, and purchasing activities in accordance with company policies and standards.
  • Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts with suppliers.
  • Prepare and manage TOR, contracts, and vendor documentation in compliance with corporate governance.
  • Analyze purchasing data and develop effective procurement plans.
  • Monitor purchase orders and ensure procurement efficiency and accuracy.
  • Improve procurement processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage supplier performance and maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Plan and control procurement budgets and optimize order quantities.
  • Prepare monthly procurement reports and performance summaries.
  • Assign tasks and monitor team performance to ensure effective execution.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement, preferably in indirect materials or corporate services.
  • Experience in Oil & Gas, Retail, or Food & Beverage industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing strategy, and vendor management.
  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Project management experience with ability to drive initiatives to completion.
