Strategic Project Development

HAUP is a shared mobility startup revolutionizing urban transportation through innovative technology. We provide a range of services, including on-demand car rentals, car subscriptions, van services with drivers, EV charging stations, and bike-sharing. Our mission is to reduce urban challenges like smog and traffic congestion by offering seamless, sustainable transportation alternatives. By promoting car-sharing as an alternative to ownership, we aim to bridge gaps in public transport, lower greenhouse gas emissions, and create environmentally friendly transport solutions.

We are seeking a Strategic Project Development professional for a full-time, on-site position based in Bangkok. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and management of strategic projects aimed at advancing our company's objectives. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, formulating project strategies, coordinating with cross-functional teams, liaising with stakeholders, and identifying sales opportunities to support project growth. This role requires effective communication and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing project challenges.

• Strong Project Development and Project Management skills to oversee planning, execution, and tracking of project milestones.
• Sharp Analytical Skills to assess market trends, project performance, and derive data-driven insights.
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and present findings clearly.
• Experience in Sales to identify and leverage opportunities with potential partners and markets.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to dynamic goals.
• Prior experience in transportation, mobility, or sustainability sectors is an added advantage.
