Initiate operation process design of regional center (RC) including conveyor installation, bidding, and discussing with regional team for final conclusion
Analyze solutions, investment cost of the projects
Evaluate the effectiveness of operation process, feasibility study, and recommendations for improvements based on research findings.
Collaborate closely with the product team to guide the new product process Manage project timeline together with the senior associate and implement the project from day 1 to fully operate
Monitor Middle-mile performance and provide solutions for issues found
Act as SWAT team for middle-mile during critical moment
Work closely with operation manager to align on plan and potential new initiatives
Coordinate and collaborate with all involved parties both internal and external
Conduct meetings with all senior stakeholders and team members
Identify risks associated with each projects
Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations
Requirements
Bachelor or Master Degree in any fields
3 years Consultant/ Business Development/ logistics / construction projects
Strong analytical skills and being an proactive initiator
Logical thinking and strong problem solving skills
Good team player
Be able to fit in with fast pace culture
Able to work onsite and travel upcountry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
