Job Summary

We're reimagining one of Thailand's most iconic venues, and we're looking for a Strategic Projects Associate to help make it happen. You'll join a small, ambitious team working on projects that blend sports, culture, and innovation. You'll take ownership of high-impact initiatives, work closely with partners and vendors, and find smarter ways to get things done. You'll thrive if you love solving problems, bringing order to chaos, and making ideas real. Fluency in Thai and English is essential, and an interest in using AI to work faster and better is a big plus.

Your day to day might look like:

• Execute cross-functional projects that shape the company's strategic direction
• Be hands-on on site, managing vendors and ensuring smooth project delivery
• Spot opportunities to make processes faster, simpler, and more effective
• Collaborate across teams to solve problems and deliver initiatives on time and within budget
• Build strong relationships with partners and vendors to keep everyone aligned
• Take full ownership of timelines, budgets, and updates to make sure projects stay on track
• Explore and apply AI tools to make work sharper, more efficient, and more creative

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or STEM degree preferred
• 1+ years of experience
• Fresh graduates from top universities also welcome
• Fluency in Thai and English
• You have a founder mindset and take ownership of your work
• You have the urge and resilience to challenge the status quo and make things better
• You thrive in ambiguity, ask incisive questions and take a structured approach to problem-solving.
• You're excellent at managing and influencing stakeholders
• You're a fast learner, humble and curious, and enjoy developing yourself and others
