We are seeking an experienced professional to join a leading organization undergoing significant growth and transformation.
This role will work closely with senior management and key business stakeholders to drive high-impact strategic initiatives, business transformation projects, and enterprise-wide improvement programs.
The successful candidate will have strong project leadership capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to navigate complex business environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive strategic and cross-functional projects from planning through implementation.
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities, solve business challenges, and improve organizational performance.
- Facilitate alignment among multiple stakeholders and business units to achieve project objectives.
- Develop business cases, strategic recommendations, and executive presentations for management review.
- Conduct market, industry, and business analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery of key initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive execution and sustainable results.
- Support corporate transformation, growth initiatives, and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related disciplines.
- 7-12 years of experience in Strategy, Business Transformation, PMO, Consulting, Business Development, Corporate Planning, or related fields.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in Thai and English.
