We're looking for a Strategic Recruiting Specialist to help shape Bluebik's talent strategy. This is an HR role with a twistfocused on high-impact recruiting and employer branding, not just traditional HR tasks.

Work you will do

• Design and execute strategies to attract top-tier talent and leadership roles
• Lead employer branding initiatives to position Bluebik as a top destination for talent
• Bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to talent acquisition
• Optimize talent ROIwe're willing to invest in exceptional talent, but expect exceptional results
• Drive improvements to increase the quality of hires (measured by objective metrics) through data-driven experimentation
