We are looking for a Strategy & Operations Analyst, CEO Office to work closely with the CEO on high-impact business priorities across the company.
This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, structured, hands-on, and excited to solve problems across different teams. You will help drive key initiatives, improve how the business runs, support decision-making with clear analysis, and help identify practical AI and automation opportunities across the company.

What You'll Do
- Work directly with the CEO to analyze business performance, track KPIs, and support decision-making
- Own and drive high-priority cross-functional projects across teams such as Commercial, Operations, Marketing, Partnerships, and Strategy
- Turn business challenges into clear action plans with owners, timelines, and follow-through
- Track progress across initiatives and help ensure projects move forward on time
- Identify bottlenecks, improve workflows, and support the creation of SOPs and scalable processes
- Explore and help implement practical AI and automation initiatives that improve productivity and execution
- Build structured reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal discussions, leadership reviews, and strategic planning
- Support business reviews, growth planning, and other CEO Office priorities as needed
Who We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in strategy, business analysis, operations, project management, consulting, or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently
- Able to work across teams, follow through, and keep momentum on projects
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to bring structure to fast-moving situations
- Interested in AI, automation, and productivity tools, with a practical business mindset
- Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets / Canva / PowerPoint or Google Slides
- Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, or AI tools is a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills
