Job Description
- Support leadership in defining corporate and business strategies
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and build business cases
- Translate strategic goals into clear, actionable initiatives
- Lead end-to-end transformation programs across the organization
- Drive change initiatives such as process optimization and digital transformation
- Track progress, manage risks, and ensure delivery of key milestones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, operations, commercial)
- Facilitate executive discussions and strategic decision-making forums
- Influence stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability
- Establish KPIs, track performance, and deliver executive-level reporting
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Strategy & Transformation Manager Professional Should Have
- 3+ years of experience in management consulting (strongly preferred) or corporate strategy
- Proven experience leading transformation initiatives in tech or digital environments
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-pressure settings
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Highly structured thinker with the ability to simplify complex problems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Solid project and program management expertise
- Familiarity with technology, digital products, or platform-based businesses
- Demonstrates a consulting mindset, strong work ethic, ownership, adaptability, and collaboration
