ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy and Business Development Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive the overall digital platform strategy to increase user engagement, transaction volume, and revenue growth.
- Identify new monetization models, ecosystem expansion opportunities, and strategic growth levers.
- Define clear strategic roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and measurable KPIs aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market, competitor, and ecosystem analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies aimed at accelerating user acquisition, engagement, and retention across various platforms.
- Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for optimizing conversion funnels, improving user experiences, and increasing ROI.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with broader business goals.
- Lead growth initiatives such as A/B testing, user segmentation, and personalization efforts to enhance user journeys and drive growth.
- Collaborate with marketing team and expand partnerships, and other digital channels to enhance acquisition, and sustain platform growth Digital Product Manager Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Project Manager for strategic initiatives, owning project plans, timelines, resources, and communication.
- Collaborate with teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor progress, provide status updates, and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster a collaborative and efficient project environment, ensuring teams are motivated and working cohesively.
Qualifications:
- 3+ year of working experience as Strategy, Business development, business analysis, Product manager or relevant experiences.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.
- Strong presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to details.
- High self-driven, fast learning, ability to adapt to changes
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and dynamic environment
- Business acumen with a strategic mindset, focusing on driving growth and project success.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams.
