Lead new health and protection product design to serve each specific market / channel
Lead and initiate partner / reinsurer / related parties discussion for new product innovation design with value added services / tools to create product proposition for product competitive advantage and attractiveness
Facilitate and coordinate with relevant departments and outsources to conduct market survey for product development
Coordinate with Product Implementation and Go-to-Market team for high level resources and cost estimation
Prepared product concept, analysis, and feasibility to seek approval from PGC
Collaborate with product implementation and Go-to-Market team to ensure product features, benefits, team, and conditions are well-aligned with PGC's approval and launched within agreed timeline
