Drives and facilitates key cross-functional meetings on a weekly basis (e.g., Weekly Stand-ups, Gate Meetings) to ensure each team's operational plans are executed as intended.
Coordinates across teams to identify and unlock critical blockers that may impact long-term operational effectiveness.
Develop a deep understanding of end-to-end business processes and cross-functional workflows
Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies, risks, and root causes
Design or refine process flows to improve efficiency, execution quality, and risk mitigation
Design structured process improvement plans aligned with organizational strategy
Present improvement initiatives to senior management and/or the Board
Define detailed implementation steps and collaborate with relevant teams to drive alignment
Execute improvement initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Develop templates, tools, and frameworks to support execution and monitoring
Track outcomes during and after implementation to ensure sustainable improvement
Support MD in collecting, analyzing, and structuring data for business improvement initiatives
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for executive and Board discussions
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, MBA, or other related fields
Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations, Business Process Improvement, Project Management Officer, or Growth-related roles
Strong knowledge of Business Process Improvement methodologies
Ability to analyze numerical data and statistics to derive insights
Proficient in Project Management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Planner
Ability to design and create work-tracking templates for cross-team usage
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
