JOB SUMMARY:

Management Consultant who acts as a deputy project leader and is responsible for conducting deep industry research and analysis and for delivering output for business growth strategy related project themes targeting neighboring countries such as, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Myanmar, Laos and Cambodia.

Joining Strategy Management Consulting firm: NRI as a Management Consultant, you will have greater opportunities to be assigned to various active cases / projects in which you will work together with our teams to solve challenging problems of our clients. This provides you with a broad exposure to the research & strategy consulting industry. You can excitingly expect that your every day will be different as you experience through many different cases, situations, scenarios all in projects you are assigned to, and tackle different challenges in various industries. As a Consultant in NRI, you will develop not only your analytical industry research & analysis skills, but also effective project leading skills, together with the team to boost your career as a strategy management consultant.

WHAT WE COUNT ON YOU:

• Perform research, analysis and recommendations through information from published literature, database and/or internet in accordance with project themes.
• Arrange to perform research interviews with the subject experts in the client or other external parties.
• Develop consulting deliverables and presentation materials.
• Attend internal/external project meetings and conferences and develops notes/minutes.
• Communicate closely with Project Leader/Project Manager in regard to project progress.

HOW YOU STAND OUT:

• Bachelor's degree from four-year university.
• 1-2 years of research analyst or consulting related work experiences.
• Candidates with no prior related experience are welcome to apply.
• Experience in business strategy project themes will be highly advantageous.
• Possess a good command of Japanese language as this position is required to liaise with Japanese speaking counterparts or clients.
