Strategy Manager/Director

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of annual and long-term corporate strategies aligned with business goals.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Drive enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, transformation projects, and cross-functional programs.
• Develop business cases, financial models, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
• Monitor market trends, industry movements, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.
• Oversee strategic planning processes, including goal-setting, prioritization, and performance tracking.
• Facilitate alignment and collaboration across business units to ensure successful strategy execution.
• Prepare executive presentations, board materials, and high-impact strategy communications.
• Lead periodic business reviews, assess progress of strategic initiatives, and recommend improvement actions.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including executives, business leaders, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Strategy, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 6–15 years of experience in corporate strategy, business consulting, or strategic planning.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and market research capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional strategic initiatives or transformation projects.
