Job Description :
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement the company's strategic plans and objectives
- Lead the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure effective delivery of strategic projects and initiatives
- Provide strategic insights and data-driven analysis to support informed decision-making
- Monitor and report on the progress of strategic projects, identifying and mitigating risks
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment and collaboration to drive successful project outcomes
- Develop and maintain project management tools, templates and best practices
- Coach and mentor project teams to enhance project management capabilities
Qualification :
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, project management or management consulting
- Proven track record of delivering successful strategic initiatives and managing complex projects
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools (e.g. Agile, Scrum)
- Relevant Bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification in Business, Engineering or a related field
