Marketing & Point Business Team

Company & Position Overview

Amaze is an e-commerce marketplace that empowers members to consolidate points from

credit cards and partners into a unified rewards system. These points can be seamlessly

converted into cash discounts or direct payments within the Amaze App. We seek an

experienced Strategy and Program Management Professional to drive strategic planning,

business intelligence, and project management across marketing, point business, and CRM

initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

● Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities in e-commerce and loyalty business

● Develop comprehensive strategies for marketing and points business

● Lead and manage assigned projects e.g, customer acquisition, point business, LIVE

Commerce, VIP customer loyalty, co-projects within CP Group Businesses etc.

● Create and monitor timelines for ongoing projects and new initiatives

● Design and optimize customer acquisition and retention campaigns across channels

● Develop and maintain sophisticated dashboards tracking critical KPIs (i.e. CAC, point

ecosystem performance, e-commerce performance, CLV, retention, marketing budget

planning, P&L)

● Transform complex data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making

● Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

● Minimum 8 years of experience in management consulting, strategic planning,

marketing, customer loyalty programs, or CRM

● Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Expert-level presentation skills with proven

ability to create and deliver complex business presentations

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related field

● Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

● Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications

● Previous experience in consulting firms

● Experience in e-commerce platforms or marketplaces

● Understanding of point-based loyalty systems and reward program mechanics

● Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools

● Strategic thinker with attention to detail with strong leadership and influencing skills

● Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced environment
