We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional to support our Issuance Business across in-house and partner-sourced products. The role will focus on managing the issuance and lifecycle of Structured Notes (SN) and Depositary Receipts (DR), onboarding external product providers, and
coordinating with internal teams and marketing channels to drive distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Issuance (SNs, DRs, etc.):
- Manage the end-to-end issuance of i.e. SNs, DRs, etc.
- Coordinate with structuring, trading, legal, compliance, marketing, operations, settlement teams to ensure timely and successful issuance.
2. Product Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of issued products from launch to maturity and post-maturity processing.
- Monitor and manage key events such as coupon payments, knock outs, barriers, early redemption, rollovers
- Coordinate corporate actions with relevant teams.
3. Partner Product Sourcing and Integration:
- Evaluate external product providers to broaden the product suite.
- Negotiate commercial and operational terms with partners.
- Lead onboarding processes, including KYC, legal documentation, and system integration.
4. Sales Process Development and Enhancement:
- Design, Develop and improve internal sales and distribution processes for both in-house and partner products
- Create clear guidelines, workflows, and support materials for marketing officers and RMs.
- Regularly review process effectiveness and implement improvements based on feedback, operational needs.
5. Stakeholder Coordination:
- Serve as a central coordinator across internal stakeholders including Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Settlement.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment to deliver accurate, compliant, and efficient product issuance and distribution.
6. Governance & Reporting:
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
- Prepare regulatory filings and the listing process as needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline. CFA/FRM is a plus.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in structured products, capital markets, or investment product management.
- Familiarity with Structured Notes, Depositary Receipts, and derivatives is highly preferred.
- Prior experience working with external issuers or product platforms is an advantage.
