Primary Responsibilities
Coordinate and communicate with interns from different departments regarding internship activities, schedules, and announcements.
Assist in recruitment activities including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates professionally.
Support onboarding processes for new employees and interns by preparing documents and coordinating orientation arrangements.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training sessions, workshops, and company events.
Maintain proper filing and documentation in compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
Support internship programs by assisting with intern engagement initiatives and coordination activities.
Prepare HR-related documents, reports, and administrative records when required.
Provide administrative support to the HR team and perform other assigned HR duties efficiently.
Managing HR related inventories.
Ensure confidentiality of employee and candidate information at all times.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
Ability to communicate professionally in English (spoken and written) and Thai.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Positive attitude, professionalism, excellent interpersonal skills and strong willingness to learn
