Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research on real estate trends, property values, and investment opportunities
Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and investment insights
Support consultants in client projects and advisory work

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Architecture or related field
Strong analytical and research skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint (knowledge of data tools is a plus)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
