About this opportunity:
Are you passionate about optimization activities and network performance We have an exciting opportunity for an MS Optimization and Performance Management Specialist at Ericsson. This role is primarily concerned with the coordination, management, and execution of optimization measures to enhance overall network or IS/IT infrastructure performance and service level. Emphasizing an end-to-end view, this position ensures optimal utilization and interaction of all resources across different network domains (Access, Core, Data, Transmission). Through active and passive monitoring techniques, the goal is to meet the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) and provide a cost-effective network topology or configuration.
What you will do:
- Conduct Network Capacity and Performance Analysis while updating Network Database.
- Coordinate Performance and Capacity Data Collection.
- Monitor requested Service and Resources.
- Collect data requested by Field Services.
- Focus on end-user Quality of Service and actively participate in Optimization.
- Identify and rectify performance deviations.
- Employ active tests to simulate user behavior.
- Use passive monitoring of the traffic to accurately gauge overall user experience across the network.
