Company Description
Founded in Brooklyn in 2016 by Philip Huang and Chomwan Weeraworawit, Philip Huang creates modern clothing rooted in indigenous knowledge passed down through generations of artisans in Northeast Thailand. Working closely with artisan communities, the brand uses plant based regenerative dyes, organic fibers, and handmade textiles to produce thoughtful, versatile pieces for today and the future.
As the company expands its studio, production, and international operations, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Studio Operations and Production Manager to help anchor and evolve our internal systems.
This is not a typical office manager role. It is a hands-on, cross-functional position for someone who enjoys building structure, improving processes, and working closely with a small creative team.
Role Overview
The Studio Operations and Production Manager plays a central role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the studio while overseeing production coordination, logistics, and administrative operations. This role works closely with the founders and production partners and is expected to take ownership of workflows, timelines, and follow-through.
The ideal candidate is comfortable operating across creative, operational, and administrative functions and is motivated by bringing clarity, organization, and momentum to a growing business.
